The Super story began in 1970 in Lima, Peru, when Dora Giordano opened the first restaurant. Her dedication to exceptional food and genuine hospitality quickly earned a loyal following. In 1995, her daughter, Mirian Giordano, and son-in-law, Fernando Sanchez, brought that same tradition and passion to the United States.
